The City and County of Honolulu is providing COVID-19 testing without charge if you meet one of the following criteria:


  1. City & County of Honolulu First Responders
    • Honolulu Police Department
    • Honolulu Fire Department
    • Honolulu Emergency Services Department)
    • Family members of first responders living in the same household
  2. City & County Employee
    • Family members of C&C Employees living in the same household
  3. State of Hawaii employees working at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport
  4. US Federal employees working at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport
  5. Safe Travels Screeners working at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (National Guard and Roberts Hawaii)
  6. School educators on Oahu (Effective January 27, 2021) Please bring a valid identification card to verify your identity and employment with you to the test.
    1. E.g., Public, Private, University, Teacher Aides, Substitute Teachers 
  7. School-based related service providers (Effective January 27, 2021) Please bring a valid identification card to verify your identity and employment with you to the test.
    • E.g., Speech Language Pathologists, Communication Aides, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists
  8. Restaurant/Food service industry workers on Oahu (Effective March 8, 2021) Please bring a recent pay stub or dated letter from your employer requesting the test.
