The City and County of Honolulu is providing COVID-19 testing without charge if you meet one of the following criteria:
- City & County of Honolulu First Responders
- Honolulu Police Department
- Honolulu Fire Department
- Honolulu Emergency Services Department)
- Family members of first responders living in the same household
- City & County Employee
- Family members of C&C Employees living in the same household
- State of Hawaii employees working at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport
- US Federal employees working at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport
- Safe Travels Screeners working at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (National Guard and Roberts Hawaii)
- School educators on Oahu (Effective January 27, 2021) Please bring a valid identification card to verify your identity and employment with you to the test.
- E.g., Public, Private, University, Teacher Aides, Substitute TeachersÂ
- School-based related service providers (Effective January 27, 2021) Please bring a valid identification card to verify your identity and employment with you to the test.
- E.g., Speech Language Pathologists, Communication Aides, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists
- Restaurant/Food service industry workers on Oahu (Effective March 8, 2021) Please bring a recent pay stub or dated letter from your employer requesting the test.
