For PCR tests:  

  • You will receive a unique token ID upon registration and an email notification when your results are ready. You may then use that token at this website here to check your results.
    • If you've lost your token ID, QR-code, or are unable to retrieve your results, you can select the "Forgot your token" or "Forgot your patient QR-code options on the screen.



For Antigen tests:


  • You will receive an email stating your results are ready
  • Login and access your online account at:  oahucitypass.lumisight.com 
  • Click on Manage Testing at the top of the screen and then History and click on a Test Registration record


  • You will see summary test results on the page and if you need to export a more detailed report, click on "Export Test Result" and you will be able to download a PDF document of your Antigen test.
